Architecture in the Age of Globalisation

This video was recorded at The Next Step: Project Architecture 2009 - Ljubljana. As a result of the globalisation processes of recent years our environment has been changed in radical ways. These processes have also affected architecture. In this lecture I will examine contemporary architectural production in the context of, and in relation to, these changes in order to stress both the critical value of quality work and to acknowledge its limits.
