We have constantly supplemented traditional postal services in recent years with contemporary electronic services. We have our own IT and construction infrastructure, through which we fully ensure secure electronic operations. Our registered POŠTA®CA public certificate authority issues qualified digital certificates to legal entities and individuals, and functions on the market as a registered time stamp authority. The secure email boxes on the moja.posta.si portal facilitate the secure and legally compliant exchange of digital documents between users. The portal also facilitates e-serving in accordance with the General Administrative Procedure Act (ZUP) and the Civil Procedure Act (ZPP). Because we are an accredited provider of electronic archiving services for digital materials, the authenticity of the materials that we archive is ensured by law. We also rent out premises for back-up data centres, as well as the necessary system and communication capacities.
