Introduction to BehaviorShop

This video was recorded at 24th AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Atlanta 2010. BehaviorShop is a tool for creating characters in interactive 3D simulations. Based on behavior-based control in a subsumption architecture, BehaviorShop provides a unique natural language sentence construction interface easy for novice users to create interesting and immersive interactive characters. This video demonstrates the fundamentals of the BehaviorShop interface in a character creation task showing how AI programming can be made accessible to all.
