This is a free application found on my Windows smartphone.  For those with hypertension or those who want a record of their blood pressure readings, this is a great app.  You can easily enter in your blood pressure readings, which will include a time and date.  This app will post those readings on a graph if you want to see the trends in your BP.

It allows you to export this information to Excel or send via e-mail if you needed to take a copy of these to your physician during a visit.  For high blood pressures, these will be noted in a different color to signify a critical reading, which you can customize should your physician provide you with a maximum BP for you.  You can comment on each reading if you choose, which is helpful to explain why a reading may be higher or lower than usual depending on your recent activity / situation. 

This will delete the comment from the database. This operation is not reversible. Are you sure you want to do it?
