Tourism and Hospitality Management 4.0 – Thai MOOC

Tourism and Hospitality Management 4.0 is a course that supports learners to understand the importance of tourism industry, and be able to know the principles of tourism businesses and overall of tourism system as following topics: Careers and Roles Related to Tourism and Hospitality Industry, New lenses of Sustainable tourism, Principles of tourism and hospitality business, Tourism and Hospitality Business Strategy and technique, Service Insight, and Marketing for tourism and Hospitality Contents are including teaching videos, sound clips, exercises, and discussion topics.

This course is funded by Thailand Cyber University Project, under the work of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation.  In which Thai MOOC provided the E-learning system alongside with contents from Mahidol University International College (MUIC) and multimedia production by Mahidol MOOC team.

Strategies of uses            

As in MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) aspects, students are welcome from all over the world to enroll in this course and get certificated if the learners pass 70% bar in the overall score at last. This course offers the opportunity to study online with no fee and easy to access learning resources.

The course contains 12 hours of the lesson teaching in English, approximately 2 hours per week. Self-paced timing is provided convenience for the learners to speed up the course as they want.
