I have been utilizing these cases in my Managerial Ethics course and the students have really benefited from the cases. The ability to have this at my disposal is a great asset to me as the professor. The cases are pertinient to the times and are not dated. In addition, I have found the cases are increased engagement in the course room and provided higher levels of critical thinking among the students.

Currently, I am teaching a course which involves understanding Organizational Ethics. Students enjoy reading textbooks, journals, etc but when it comes to real life issues it truly brings insight to the reader. Students want to read today's challenges but when it is defined and designed as a case study creates a world of dialogue and great learning outcomes. I will be utilizing the information presented to capture my students attention based on concept.
