Enhancing Faculty Collegiality with a Continuum of Teaching/Learning Support
Poster Session from "Weaving Patterns of Practice," 2008 POD Network/NCSPOD Conference. Increased economic pressures on colleges and universities raise significant challenges not only for maintaining educational access and academic standards, but also for collegial relationships within the academy. This poster presentation addresses how faculty development programs and initiatives can enhance the collegial environment for both full-time and adjunct/part-time faculty with a continuum of teaching and learning support.
