An interactive review of chemistry fundamentals for environmental engineering students. The learning objectives for the module includes (1) defining accuracy and precision in laboratory measurments, (2) understanding sigificant digits from laboratry measurements, (3) gaining familiarity with converting between common units of measurment such as molarity, normality, equivalent weight, mass per volume, parts per million, (4) converting between mass units and mass as N, and (5) using pH and pKw to find hydrogen and hydroxide ion concentrations. Imbeded in the module are multiple quizzes and interactive features to keep students engaged.
