In this activity (23rd on the page), learners conduct an experiment to examine memory and learning. One blindfolded learner will be timed to see how long it takes her to find an object on the floor without a lot of help from the group (except for making sure she stays in the room and doesn't bump into anything dangerous). Repeat this process with the same blindfolded learner starting in the same spot, looking for the same object in the same location. Learners will analyze the speed at which the learner was able to find the object during the second test as compared to the first test. Learners can repeat the experiment several times and/or retest over the course of several days.
